Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within a day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Deliveries are processed Monday to Saturday (please see our hours of operation in About us page.

Nail Varnish shipping UK LAW

Volume per item must not exceed 30ml. No more than four bottles of nail varnish can be sent in any one package.

Delivery Damage & Returns

Inspect your package thoroughly upon delivery and do not sign the delivery note if you notice that package is visibly damaged. report any damage or errors within 5 days of receipt of package. If item(s) are damaged we will request a proof to validate the claim. Pictures of damaged item(s) should be attached to the contact form.

We process returns Monday to Saturday.

We offer refunds to customers that have changed their mind and wants to return the item within 5 days of receipt of package this policy is subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, delivery note)
  • Requirement to return the goods unused and in unopened packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for postage fees.
  • Buyer will not be refunded for Delivery charges incured when items were ordered unless item is damaged as stated in Delivery Damage section above.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Change/Cancel Order

Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part numbers, shipping methods or address. Please contact us using our contact us form and we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may have. Customers have an option to cancel the order at any time before payment is processed. Once payment is processed all queries will need to be passed on to us via Contact us form, we will do our best to assist you and process order cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
